Day 2: Simba Camp to Second Cave Camp (5.8 km | 5-6 hrs | Moorland)
Ascend through moorland, enjoying views of Kibo and the ice fields.

Day 3: Second Cave Camp to Kikelewa Camp (5.95 km | 2-3 hrs | Semi Desert)
Continue toward Mawenzi, acclimatizing as you go.

Day 4: Kikelewa Camp to Mawenzi Tarn (3.75 km | 3-4 hrs | Semi Desert)
Climb to Mawenzi Tarn beneath Mawenzi peaks for acclimatization.
